This afternoon I was on a wooden footbridge, and this alligator swam about 50 feet in a straight line directly to me.
I waited until the last possible moment to take the photograph before he disappeared under the bridge (and me)!
The blue sky and white clouds were reflecting on the water — and the colors made it look like the gator was a swimmer in the Olympics pool!
