Today I was thrilled to learn my photograph of white and magenta orchids has been selected as a featured winner by an Instagram hub for orchids!
It was my first time to competitively enter photographs into this particular hub, as I just recently learned of it. Photographing all colors of orchids is something I enjoy, so I was especially excited to have this photo chosen.
You’ll notice the background bokeh (blur) of sun-dappled green trees, with blue sky peeking through.
This Instagram hub is @raw_orchids_, currently with 1,192 followers, and I’m very grateful for the opportunity to have The Daily Artisan introduced to these new viewers.
