This morning I finished decorating the Mother’s Day cake I baked for my mother, and it turned out tasty!
It is (make that soon to be “was“) a chocolate-espresso, two-layer cake with strawberry cream cheese frosting – and decorated with Florida strawberries and an assortment of dark and milk chocolate candies.
I hope everyone enjoyed Mother’s Day – we had a wonderful time, and here are some photos of the cake (that matched the pink wrapping papers for the presents)!
