The Mother’s Day cake I baked for my mother was accompanied by making cupcakes – also chocolate espresso cake with strawberry cream cheese frosting topped with a chocolate candy.
Yesterday I delivered them to some friends and some neighbors after photographing the cupcakes, and it wasn’t until today I realized I should have taken pictures of them with the newfound treasure in my blog post “20,000 Square Feet … And A Little Pink Car” from last week on The Daily Artisan. (I just might have stashed four of the cupcakes in my freezer, so there’s still a photo opportunity … hypothetically speaking.)
Can there ever be too much pink? I think not!
