It’s been a while since I’ve gotten to visit “my” cows, but recently when I went out to see them, they were acting so silly and funny! (Here’s hoping they’ve missed me as much as I’ve missed them!)
Comical Cow #1

Comical Cow #1 was part of the welcoming group of three that came up to the fence line when I got there.
The calf behind her isn’t hers (although she had a shy one who wouldn’t come up) – but you would think the big cow was giving me a piece of her (protective) mind! Her facial expressions came without a sound as nary a single “moo” was heard!
Comical Cow #2

Comical Cow #2 was a young calf, and several were dancing across the field as all the cows were making their way to the other side at late afternoon!
I loved this little one – her feet would barely touch the ground as she frolicked – and just look at her adorable face lilting up to the heavens!
Comical Cow #3

Comical Cow #3 was triple-tasking: (1) scratching an itch; (2) munching on a grass snack; and (3) giving me (friendly) side-eye!
I swear this particular cow recognizes me every visit, and her skill at making eye contact is exceptional (and heartwarming)!
