Today I met someone for lunch and then stopped by the market on the way home to continue working on a project. I had a list of a few things to buy there – and it did NOT include flowers!
As I walked by them, though, I figured what would it hurt to take a tiny peek and then be on my way … and of course you can guess how that turned out.
I was okay passing by the big, blue hydrangeas and the stately white roses. I would have been okay with all of it … until … out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a small bunch of tulips in the prettiest shades of pinks and yellows.
So, my project still will be here tomorrow, but these pretty little things might not have been … so home with me they came, and I enjoyed photographing them this afternoon.
Here are some of the shots (from the willpower-less one!). Enjoy!
