May 10 is celebrated in the U.S. as “National Shrimp Day,” and if there’s a finer holiday, I don’t know what it would be! I love cooking, photographing, and eating shrimp in all ways – everything from downhome (think low country boil) to fancy (like Amalfi lemon shrimp risotto). And if Old Bay Seasoning isn’t involved, you’re just not cooking it right!
What better way to honor the tasty shrimp than with its own reel of photographs of my shrimp dishes (and fun audio)??
