Yesterday I played test kitchen with both savory and sweet!
Today’s photos are from the SAVORY part – various artisan breads, including these boules with a nine-inch diameter. They are (1) rosemary, four Cheddar cheeses, and walnuts; (2) thyme; four Cheddar cheeses, and walnuts; and (3) rosemary, and four Cheddar cheeses.
I’m keeping only one of the boules – and the other two are going to good homes!
