On Sunday I played test kitchen with both savory and sweet!

Today’s photos are from the SWEET part — mini coconut cream pies topped with whipped cream, pineapple, and toasted coconut. I enjoy combining coconut and pineapple in various desserts for a tropical taste. Most of the ones I made went to good homes yesterday, but I kept a couple for myself!
