Rustic And Delicious

Baking and decorating fancy cakes is enjoyable, but my favorite dessert baking is the rustic (French) galette. Here’s a just-out-of-the-oven, nectarine galette served with vanilla ice cream on top.



If you haven’t made fruit galettes before, the amazing aroma in your house (and of course the taste) will make it worth your while (and you’ll thank The Daily Artisan)!
